Keep failing developmental math in college, any way to skip that and college algebra so i can get my degree?

I have taken 5... Yes FIVE developmental math cles in college. I suck at it, that's fair to say. I currently am two cles shy of getting my diploma. Developmental math, and college algebra. its silly that just these two cles are stopping me and I'm certain I can't learn the material (I even have had tutors) is there ANY way to skip these GARBAGE cles that I will never use the material in real life for anyways and get my degree I'm so close to? Or am I doomed not to have one in this life? I think I must be math illiterate or something.
