Is Lutheranism or Anglicanism closer to Roman Catholicism?

Which denomination is closer to Roman Catholicism? Both the Lutherans and the Anglicans broke off separately from the Roman Catholic Church. The Lutherans have the major reputation of being clified as Protestant eventhough most Lutheran Churches tend to have similar liturgical arrangements to Roman Catholicism, except that they may be a shade less ritualistic. The Anglicans seems to have the reputation of being exactly like the Roman Catholics except for the married priests, bishops, and being liberal on some social issues. So here is my question. Which denomination is theologically, doctrinally, and liturgically closer to Roman Catholicism?
