Is Obama's health plan a good idea?

I hear he wants (demands) more African-American Doctors and Nurses, I have no problem with that, unless they are only there due to "Affirmative Action" programs. I wound up in an "ICU' due to a major surgery, anyway I woke up at about 3 AM (Clock in my viewing area) with this "nurse" attempting to draw blood, after about 15 minutes of not being able to do that she said "F this" and walked off. I woke up again at around 6 and noticed the tourniquet was still on my arm, it was swelled up like a football, I hollered out for a nurse or anybody to get the thing off me, a Nurse Aid heard me and came over and said "Damn, who did that?". I told her and she called in a real nurse, I told her about what happened and she said "Yes we know about her, but can't do anything about it, she has been warned many times about her behavior and has threatened to sue the Hospital for racial harment". THIS IS A TRUE STORY. I guess for certain ones to get a Nurses license is to just fail the Bus drivers test. I was told to keep quiet about this..
