I have 3 kids and a hubby.How can we pay rent,power,school fees,shopping and much more with 1 income help me?

We are a family and I want to work! I have rised my children and now my young 1 will need to learn alittle b4 he starts school BUT it cost $250 a week and rents which is $350 plus as well as power,phone,gas,school fees etc etc etc How can I work and worry that i wont be able to pay it all. My gosh this is the worst feeling. I HATE living poor and not been able to give everything to my kids thats needed. This is enuff to make you think will i ever get a break, will i win lotto to help me out, is there a person who would give me 1 wish to make me and my families life much happier and make my dream come true. To live stress free without money problems. I would work nights and weekends if i had to.. Anyone who has a heart? Plz help us.
