I asked a question before regarding a lease that my daughter had .....?

and my husband told her over the phone she could use him as a co- signer on the lease.My husband never signed anything. Of this I am sure. Because she lives 150 miles away and I always get the mail so I know nothing ever came for him to sign.The people at the apartments told her she could sign for him so she did.What I want to know is that if he never signed and she did so for him is he legally bound to the lease or is it just her responsibility.Thanks to all who answered my other question if I knew how to put a link to it on here I would but I just need to know if my husband can be bound to the lease if she signed for him over the phone he never even spoke with anyone at the property so they don't know who or even if she was talking to anyone at all.Once again thanks for all your help.
