What to send your long distance boyfriend?

My bf and i have been long distance for awhile now. He lives in Utah, and i live in California. We talk everyday on the phone multiple times a day. This is the farthest we've been apart, but we'll be moving in together finally next month. But in the mean time, i wanna send him something nice. Can anyone help with this? Hes 32, likes xbox, oakland athletics, niners, and other "manly" things, so im not sure if i should be sending your average box of chocolates and flowers! Does anyone know of any nice but still romantic gifts for a man? Another thing, im kinda busy so if i could do it online, that would be awesome. Thanks!
