I am stereotyping my Jewish nieghbours?

This is true the Jews are penny pinchers. One comes in my store everyday pretending to buy something and I finally caught him. He was comming in my store for two years just to fill his mug with free coffee, stael my mayonnaise and ketchup packets and stock up on his bathroom products from my store's bathroom. I always wondered before then why on earth the soap dispenser and rubber dispensers need restocking every single night. Now I know!
