Can I use Clindamycin phosphate gel to treat and infected belly piercing?

Hey guys i pierced my belly last friday, i did everything i was supposed to with sterilizing the piercing needle and belly ring and stuff. but now it has pus and it really hurts and i can tell its starting to get infected... ive been using alcohol & peroxide for it, doesn't seem to be helping that much. i soaked it in salt water earlier , and i was wondering if i used clindamycin gel or maybe neosporin or something if it will help???
